How is sending realized?

Deliveries will be made to any address within the European territory. Once the order has been sent, we will inform you by email of the tracking number and the carrier that will deliver it.

What is the deadline?

Orders are processed until 12:00 noon Spain and Portugal, until 10:00 hours rest of countries. Orders processed after that time will be sent one day late. Once the order is processed, the delivery time is 24/48 hours if it has been made on a working day (except for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and orders for cords). On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there is no pick-up or delivery service, a circumstance that will have to be taken into account in the calculation of delivery dates.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, FERNANDO ALONSO S.L. will adopt the measures required of a diligent merchant so that the delivery can be made as soon as possible, both to the satisfaction of the sender and the recipient.

How can I receive a package to an address other than my home address?

How can I cancel an order if I finally don't want to receive it?

You can cancel it as long as it has not been sent. Please note that orders are issued Monday through Friday on the first business day after purchase.

To cancel, access the Your orders section and enter the order number and email address with which you placed it.

The system will show you the order detail and if the Cancel option appears you can click to cancel it. Once canceled you will receive an email informing of the cancellation. If this option does not appear, your order has already been sent and you cannot cancel it.

You can also contact our Customer Service to cancel it, as long as the order has not been previously issued.

If the order had already left our warehouses, it cannot be canceled, but the return can be made once received.

How many days do I have to make a change or return an order?

We hope you are satisfied, but if you need to return your order, you have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to make your return.

How can I return my order?

To make a return the customer must enter the website and go to the "my account" section and select the "returns" section, where the customer will find a history of their orders. Next to the order number there will be a button that you must press to return that order.

The return management will be carried out within 15 business days, from Monday to Friday, counted from the receipt of the return. Once processed, the corresponding amount is returned according to your original payment method.
